This week was focused on recovering from last week’s half marathon. Even though I didn’t run as fast as I had hoped, I was surprised to find that I was sore.
Strength training hasn’t seen much action, but I’ve made sure to get some abs and push-ups in. I’m going to try and do some TRX circuits in while I’m living out of a hotel this week.
Wednesday night’s yoga class was amazing. The entire time I was thinking “must do this more often”. Can’t wait to add yoga into the mix.
I’ve got the toughest weeks of training ahead of me the next few weeks. It’s go time.
